Job responsibilities:
Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing across ecommerce platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
Stay up to date with platform policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance.
Regularly review and update product information, images, and customer reviews to maintain accuracy and relevance.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple platforms and sales channels.
Oversee the order fulfilment process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Implement strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping, payment gateways, and order fulfilment.
Monitor website performance, KPIs and recommend solutions for improvement
Test and debug websites regularly to improve performance
Increase conversion rates by optimising website
Utilize strong background in SEO, email marketing social media marketing and ecomm
